Creator Agreement

By becoming a verified creator on YouShould..., you agree to:

1. Provide accurate verification information.
2. Be at least 21 years old.
3. Own or possess rights to all uploaded content.
4. Obtain valid consent from all individuals appearing in content.
5. Comply with all laws and regulations.
6. Maintain any legally required age-verification records.
7. Accurately report tax information when requested.
8. Not upload prohibited content.
9. Not use the platform to arrange in-person sexual services.
10. Accept that payouts are subject to fraud review, chargebacks, compliance checks, and processing requirements.
11. Agree to pay the monthly platform fee of $9.95 each and every month.

Creators retain ownership of their content while granting YouShould... the rights necessary to operate the platform.

Creator earnings are generally distributed at rates between 90% and 95% of eligible revenue, subject to platform policies and fees.

**We reserve the right to suspend payouts, remove content, or terminate creator accounts for violations of platform policies.**
